Market Umbrella Warranty
Midtown 10 Year Limited Market Umbrella Warranty
Your brand-new Market Midtown Umbrella is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to umbrellas manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
Midtown Umbrellas are designed to hold up on flat surfaces that is capable of supporting the umbrella with the appropriate weight for each canopy size. This limited warranty does not cover any protection if you used the product it in a way incompatible with the intended design.
This limited Market Umbrella Warranty applies to the following:
- Deterioration that creates a visible mark greater than one inch which is not a result of improper use. Normal wear requires the umbrella to be supported with the appropriate weight and must be closed in times of extreme conditions.
- Any mechanical issue that causes the umbrella to be out of use, despite normal wear and handling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the crank, rib connectors, or top screw.
This limited Market Umbrella Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse of damage to the structure of the umbrella, including but not limited to holes, dents, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Damage caused by replacing parts which are not from Midtown Umbrellas.
- Any umbrella (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
- Midtown can deem to replace only the defective piece or the entire frame depending on the kind of damage.
In the event of a defect on your product and to benefit from this warranty, you must open a “Warranty Claim” by reaching out to our warranty team. You must send an email to warranty@midtownumbrellas.com and include your order number, a brief explanation of the damage and a few pictures (JPEG format). Should shipping costs be required to return your Umbrella, you will not be responsible for those costs.
If you wish to upgrade to a more expensive Umbrella, you can simply mention that on your initial request and our team will contact you to settle the difference in price.
Midtown will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship your Market Umbrella back to you.
Replacement Umbrellas are also subject to this limited warranty. If you obtain a new replacement umbrella, the warranty begins on the day you received it. After three (3) replacement in less than ten (10) years Midtown Umbrellas has the rights to void the warranty.
Cantilever Umbrella Warranty
Midtown 10 Year Limited Cantilever Umbrella Warranty
Your brand-new Cantilever Midtown Umbrella is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to umbrellas manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
Midtown Umbrellas are designed to hold up on flat surfaces that is capable of supporting the umbrella with the appropriate base or anchor support. This limited warranty does not cover any protection if you used the product it in a way incompatible with the intended design.
This limited Cantilever Umbrella Warranty applies to the following:
- Deterioration that creates a visible mark greater than one inch which is not a result of improper use. Normal wear requires the umbrella to be supported with the appropriate weight and must be closed in times of extreme conditions.
- Any mechanical issue that causes the umbrella to be out of use, despite normal wear and handling.

Pillows Warranty
Midtown 5 Year Limited Pillow Warranty
Your brand-new Midtown Umbrella Throw Pillow is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to pillows manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
This limited Pillow Warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This limited Pillow Umbrella Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.
- Comfort Preference.
- Physical abuse of damage to the lining of the pillow, including but not limited to holes, burns, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Any pillow (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
- Midtown can deem to replace only the defective piece or the entire pillow depending on the kind of damage.
In the event of a defect on your product and to benefit from this warranty, you must open a “Warranty Claim” by reaching out to our warranty team. You must send an email to warranty@midtownumbrellas.com and include your order number, a brief explanation of the damage and a few pictures (JPEG format). Should shipping costs be required to return your Umbrella, you will not be responsible for those costs.

Replacement pillows are also subject to this limited warranty. If you obtain a new replacement pillow, the warranty begins on the day you received it. After two (2) replacement in less than five (5) years Midtown Umbrellas has the rights to void the warranty.
Please note that both Terylast and Sunbrella Pillows have the same warranty and follow the same guidelines.
Sun Shade Warranty
Midtown 5 Year Limited Sun Shade Warranty
Your brand-new Midtown Umbrella Sun Shade is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to sun shades manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
This limited Sun Shade Warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This limited Sun Shade Umbrella Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.
- Comfort Preference.
- Physical abuse of damage to the lining of the pillow, including but not limited to holes, burns, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Any pillow (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.

Umbrella Base Warranty
Midtown 5 Year Limited Umbrella Base Warranty
Your brand-new Umbrella Base is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to bases manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
Midtown Bases are designed to hold up on flat surfaces that is capable of supporting the umbrella with the appropriate weight for each canopy size. This limited warranty does not cover any protection if you used the product it in a way incompatible with the intended design.
This limited Umbrella Base Warranty applies to the following:
- Deterioration that creates a visible mark greater than one inch which is not a result of improper use. Normal wear requires the base to be on a flat surface and kept indoors or covered in extreme conditions such as snow or ice.
- Any structural defects such as a leak or a missing screw hole.
This limited Umbrella Base Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse of damage to the structure of the umbrella, including but not limited to holes, dents, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Damage caused by replacing parts which are not from Midtown Umbrellas.
- Any umbrella base (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
- Midtown can deem to replace only the defective piece or the entire frame depending on the kind of damage.
In the event of a defect on your product and to benefit from this warranty, you must open a “Warranty Claim” by reaching out to our warranty team. Your brand-new Midtown Umbrella cover is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to covers manufactured by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown), purchased directly from Midtown Umbrellas or from any authorized retailers located in the U.S and Canada.
This limited Cover Warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This limited Cover Umbrella Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.

The Light Warranty
This limited Umbrella Light Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse of damage to the lining of the pillow, including but not limited to holes, burns, or stain.
- Any umbrella light (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
- Midtown can deem to replace only the defective piece or the entire frame depending on the kind of damage.
In the event of a defect on your product and to benefit from this warranty, you must open a “Warranty Claim” by reaching out to our warranty team. You must send an email to warranty@midtownumbrellas.com and include your order number, a brief explanation of the damage and a few pictures (JPEG format). Should shipping costs be required to return your Umbrella, you will not be responsible for those costs.

Terylast Fabric Warranty
Terylast Fabric 10 Year Limited
Terylast Fabric is very reputable fabric manufacturer that offers very high-quality outdoor materials for all sorts of different applications. Midtown Umbrellas works hand in hand with Terylast to provide the best material for our umbrella canopies, throw pillow and sun shades.
Because of our commitment to working along side Terylast, we are able to offer a 10 Year Limited warranty on the fabric itself. This limited warranty applies to Terylast Fabric used for manufacturing by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown).
This limited warranty does not cover any protection if you used the product it in a way incompatible with the intended design.
This limited Terylast Fabric Warranty applies to the following:
- Deterioration that creates a visible mark greater than one inch which is not a result of improper use. Normal wear requires the fabric to be used only for it’s intended use.
- Color fading is covered under the warranty.
- Any visible defect that causes the fabric to be out of use, despite normal wear and handling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the sewing or lining of the fabric.
This limited Terylast Fabric Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse of damage done directly on the fabric, including but not limited to holes, burns, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Damage caused by self repair trials.
- Any product (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
In the event of a defect on your product and to benefit from this warranty, you must open a “Warranty Claim” by reaching out to our warranty team. Sunbrella Fabric Warranty
Sunbrella Fabric 5 Year Limited
Sunbrella Fabric is very the most trustworthy outdoor fabric manufacturer that offers the highest quality outdoor materials for all sorts of different applications. Midtown Umbrellas works hand in hand with Terylast to provide the best material for our umbrella canopies, throw pillow and sun shades.
Sunbrella offers a 5 Year Limited Warranty for all fabrics. This limited warranty applies to Sunbrella Fabric used for manufacturing by Midtown Umbrellas Inc. (Midtown).
This limited warranty does not cover any protection if you used the product it in a way incompatible with the intended design.
This limited Sunbrella Fabric Warranty applies to the following:
- Deterioration that creates a visible mark greater than one inch which is not a result of improper use. Normal wear requires the fabric to be use only for it’s intended use.
- Loss of color
- Loss of strength
- Abrasion
- Pilling
- Any visible defect that causes the fabric to be out of use, despite normal wear and handling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the sewing or lining of the fabric.
This limited Sunbrella Fabric Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse of damage done directly on the fabric, including but not limited to holes, burns, or stain.
- Color preference change.
- Damage caused by self repair trials.
- Any product (whether manufactured by Midtown or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
The 5-year limited warranty protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to loss of color or strength, abrasion, or pilling from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals.
This warranty covers Sunbrella fabric only. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Glen Raven’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Glen Raven reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Glen Raven will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable.
